- comments: observed 20 live flies scattered through out the rear dish washing/prep area on the walls,table and ceiling. Instructed manager to remove and clean affected areas. Also contact pc for services. Priority foundtion citation issued #7-38-020(a).

- comments: observed the rubber gasket around the walk in cooler door in poor repair. Must repair and maintain.

- comments: must clean the floors, wall, fan covers and shelves inside the walk in cooler.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed openings along the floor and wall base in the washroom. Must seal to prevent entry point for pests.
