أكلت فقط شطيرة الدجاج المقلية حار أمس حول 1pm، والمعدة متماوج حول 06:00، وبحلول الساعة 9:00 كنت مريضا بعنف مع الغثيان والقيء الذي استمر طوال الليل. بدأ الإسهال في صباحا، جنبا إلى جنب مع استمرار القيء. فقدت صوتي بعد كل حلقات القيء كنت قد أكل فقط الموز… شاهد المزيد

I ate around 2pm yesterday, 3 piece spicy chicken, mashed potatoes, biscuit and drink. It was all I've had yesterday and since. Woke up during the night violently sick with nausea and abdominal pains, which led to diarrhea and vomiting simultaneously. Back to bed and woke up… شاهد المزيد
