أكلت في هذا المطعم في 07/23/18. طلبت وعاء بوريتو دجاج مع الفاصوليا السوداء والأرز البني والخس والقشدة الحامضة وجميع أنواع السالسا. لم تبدأ الأعراض إلا بعد حوالي 5 أيام وبدأت تزداد سوءًا تدريجيًا. وتشمل الأعراض الإسهال الذي أصبح أسوأ تدريجيا والغاز.
