I went to get my free burrito today. It was the only thing I had eaten all day. I got a steak, white rice, black beans, hot salsa, cheese and lettuce burrito bowl. أكلت شبوتل بعد ظهر يوم الأحد. بحلول مساء الأحد كنت أعاني من تشنج شديد في المعدة والغثيان والغازات والانتفاخ والحمى منخفضة الدرجة والإسهال. انخفضت هذه الأعراض بعضها يوم الاثنين ولكنها شمعوت وتضاءلت خلال الأيام الثلاثة الماضية. الآن أنا أعاني بشكل رئيسي من تقلصات في المعدة.  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, حمى, غاز, تشنجات, الانتفاخ

I ate one thing yesterday , a salad made from all Costco ingredients around 11:00 am and symptoms started around 5-7 on. (Salad consisted of Romaine lettuce in a bag, hummus, salsa and Guacamole all purchased from Costco)
By 8 pm severe vomiting and diarrhea.
