I went to get my free burrito today. It was the only thing I had eaten all day. I got a steak, white rice, black beans, hot salsa, cheese and lettuce burrito bowl. I ate Chipotle on Sunday afternoon. By Sunday evening I was experiencing extreme stomach cramping, nausea, gas, bloating, low grade fever and diarrhea. I ate one thing yesterday , a salad made from all Costco ingredients around 11:00 am and symptoms started around 5-7 on. (Salad consisted of Romaine lettuce in a bag, hummus, salsa and Guacamole all purchased from Costco)
By 8 pm severe vomiting and diarrhea.

My mother picked me up a burrito bowl since she got my brother one. Not even 24 hrs later I couldn't even keep water down. Vomited over 20 times in a matter of hours. Ended up hospitalized and they said I had E. coli.. Not to mention the diarrhea and dehydration.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dehydration
