I went to get my free burrito today. It was the only thing I had eaten all day. I got a steak, white rice, black beans, hot salsa, cheese and lettuce burrito bowl. J'ai mangé Chipotle dimanche après-midi. Dimanche soir, je ressentais des crampes abdominales extrêmes, des nausées, des gaz, des ballonnements, une faible fièvre et de la diarrhée. Ces symptômes ont diminué lundi, mais ils se sont aggravés et ont diminué au cours des 3 derniers jours. I ate one thing yesterday , a salad made from all Costco ingredients around 11:00 am and symptoms started around 5-7 on. (Salad consisted of Romaine lettuce in a bag, hummus, salsa and Guacamole all purchased from Costco)
By 8 pm severe vomiting and diarrhea.

Ma mère m'a pris un bol de burrito depuis qu'elle en a acheté un à mon frère. Pas même 24 heures plus tard, je ne pouvais même pas garder l'eau. Vomis plus de 20 fois en quelques heures.
