Food Safety Report: Costco.

I ate one thing yesterday , a salad made from all Costco ingredients around 11:00 am and symptoms started around 5-7 on. (Salad consisted of Romaine lettuce in a bag, hummus, salsa and Guacamole all purchased from Costco)
By 8 pm severe vomiting and diarrhea.
