لقد حصلت على هذا لتناول طعام الغداء منذ حوالي ساعة. ️ ذاقت الساندويتش القليل من الحامض، لذلك توقف عن تناوله. أنا ️ أعاني من تشنجات شديدة في المعدة وغثيان وأصيبت بالإسهال ما يقرب من 10-15 مرة منذ ذلك الحين. أنا ️ أعاني من صداع رهيب، لكن التشنج في معدتي أسوأ  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, تشنجات, الصداع
