I️ got this for lunch about an hour ago. The sandwich tasted a little sour, so stopped eating it. I️ have extreme stomach cramps, nausea and have had diarrhea close to 10-15 times since. I️ have a terrible headache, but the cramping in my stomach is worse  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Headache

We eat at 3 pm I ordered bourbon chicken and shrimp I was fine for 45 Minutes and than I could not hold it

I had just eat my food and I was on my way to Murrays to pick up some fish for my mom, Then I started feeling extremely sick and I started choking and vomiting in the parking lot, even afterwards my stomach still doesn't feel right. Both the girfriend and I ordered the exact same item and both the following morning later in the evening got sick we ate at roughly 10pm I know this is late but I'm in my mid 20's. Think that did it for me on mcdonals.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
