Had a salad with Carnitas, black beans, dressing, tomato salsa, sour cream, cheese. I suspect it was the salad romaine or Carnitas, as my husband is fine and got the same thing except those two items.  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان

في غضون ساعات من تناول الطعام في هذا الموقع، عانيت من الغازات السيئة، والجفاف، والغثيان، وأشعر بالدوار قليلاً. تناولت الجبن المشوي وحساء الطماطم ومشروب الكراميل المجمد. لم تكن رائحة الجبن المشوي جيدة، لكنني اعتقدت أنني كنت أشعر بجنون العظمة وأكلته على أي حال. أنا أيضا أتلقى قشعريرة.
