Had a salad with Carnitas, black beans, dressing, tomato salsa, sour cream, cheese. I suspect it was the salad romaine or Carnitas, as my husband is fine and got the same thing except those two items.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

My Husband and I ate ( Oven Roasted Chicken) at Subway late Sunday afternoon. With in the hour of eating, I was sick to my stomach shortly after so was my husband. Husband went to the Dr today and they have declared it food posioning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
