I ate some of the KFC famous bowl. Not even a lot of it at all. That night from 9-8am I was vomitting and was going to the bathroom nonstop. I could not hold down water and I am still currently having trouble holding down Gatorade.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Thanksgiving Day 2009 I bought a burger for lunch. The meat tasted a bit off. I ate it anyway. Less than an hour later I was vomiting profusely. Everything came up. I reported the incident to Sheetz who responded by giving me a coupons for two free milkshakes.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I went to Chipotle yesterday at around 7pm. Got sick at 9pm and it just got worse from there.

I love Chipotle still. Maybe the meat wasn't cooked enough I don't know. But please fix the issue because I love Chipotle. Thanks again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

4/24/17 ate at Panera chicken noodle soup and Caesar salad at 12:30pm. Symptoms started 2:30pm. Constant diarrhea, nausea. Feel horrible. Ate nothing else since yesterday afternoon felt fine before Panera had to be their food  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
