Around 9 pm tonight, I had two original chicken sandwiches, both with no pickles. Honey mustard for both, accompanied with fries which I had very few of and a fountain Coke. Less than one hour later, I had profuse diarrhea and vomiting along with the chills and a fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills

I ordered a skillet that had 1.5 chicken breast potatoes and mushrooms and onions.. I ate a few potatoes and the Half of chicken breast my stomach started hurting as I was eating. My daughter asked for some of my food and she too is in pain and vomiting  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ordered brown rice veggie burrito bowl with guacamole sour cream cheese fajita vegetables Corn salsa black beans. Made me nauseous in the middle of the night. Gave my child a few bites and she was vomiting everywhere at 2am.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
