وعاء بوريتو الدجاج والبرباكوا مع الفاصوليا السوداء والأرز البني والخضار المشوية وصلصة الذرة والصلصا المتوسطة والخس. يؤكل لتناول العشاء ثم الإسهال وآلام في المعدة في منتصف الليل وخلال اليوم التالي. في ذلك المساء زادت آلام المعدة في شدتها مما تسبب الغثيان والقشعريرة والشعور بالإغماء. تبع ذلك الإسهال… شاهد المزيد

Chicken and barbacoa bowl with rice beans fajitas, red salsa, corn, cheese and sour cream. On 6/3/18 ate at 4pm, by midnight had severe diarrhea and vomiting. بدأت أعراضي بعد يومين من تناول البرباكوا من شبوتل في وعاء بوريتو. كان من الممكن أن يكون الدجاج أيضًا ولكني أتذكر بعد تناول اللحم البقري بدأت أشعر بالمرض بعد ساعات. من الثلاثاء إلى اليوم الخميس كنت أعاني من الصداع، والشعور بالغثيان، والآن أعاني من آلام في المعدة… شاهد المزيد

Went to chipotle for dinner and got a burrito with pinto beans, Barbacoa, lettuce and cheese. I ate about half of the burrito and 10-15 minutes later my stomach hurt so bad I couldn’t walk.
