كان لدي بوريتو لحم بقري من خمس طبقات ولفائف جبن من تاكو بيل في مركز بيرشوود التجاري في حصن gratiot أمس 2/9/17 وبدأت أشعر بالغثيان الشديد في حوالي الساعة 2 صباحًا اليوم 2/10/17 وتقيأ عدة مرات حتى بعد ظهر اليوم. في الوقت الحالي ما زلت أعاني من الإسهال والقشعريرة.  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء, قشعريرة
