9/3/2016 purchased and consumed a carnitas burrito including pinto beans, white rice, mild salsa, lettuce and guacamole at approx 6:30pm. 2 hours later at approximately 8pm started to feel nauseous which was then followed with vommiting and diarrhea. I ate a carnitas burrito on 8/7 at 12pm. I also had some guacamole and chips.
The burrito contained brown rice, black beans, cheese, carnitas, lettuce, and mild salsa.
