أكل الفاصوليا البيضاء والدجاج مع الفاصوليا السوداء والسالسا الساخنة والمعتدلة والذرة والقشدة الحامضة والجبن، جنبا إلى جنب مع فاهيتا في وعاء. في اليوم التالي كان يعاني من آلام في البطن، مع الغثيان، مما أدى إلى التقيؤ. كان يعاني من صداع لعدة أيام بالإضافة إلى الأعراض أيضًا. استمرت لمدة ثلاثة أيام مع عدم 100٪  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء, الصداع, ألم المعدة
