I had a burrito with sofritas, rice, black beans, lettuce, fajita veggies, mild salsa, sour cream and cheese on Monday night (2/15) at 6:30pm. Symptoms of food poising started around 2am on 2/17.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

I got the fajita which I think that that's what it's called it was just steak and shrimp on a skillet but the sour cream when I order chips as an appetizer tasted very off and funky that might've been what has upset my stomach but today's the second day and I still feel awful  | 症状: 腹泻

我在 2016 年 2 月 10 日订购了一个鸡肉卷饼，里面有糙米黑豆、fajita 蔬菜、酸奶油和奶酪，还有玉米莎莎酱和中等莎莎酱以及热辣的莎莎酱。那天我只吃了一半的墨西哥卷饼。当晚的提醒我感觉很好。2016 年 2 月 11 日第二天早上，我开始感到恶心和胃痉挛，在接下来的一个小时内，我开始经历极度腹泻和可怕的胃痉挛，在一天的剩余时间和整个晚上直到 2016 年 2 月 13 日星期五的第二天早上。
