Ate a veggie fajita bowl with salsa and guac at 4:30 started having intense stomach/ bowel pains followed by diarrhea about an hour later. Around 7 pm I threw up and am continuing to have diarrhea. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
