أرز مقلي، دجاج بالثوم، جاي تاي، طلب الأرز المقلي، دجاج الثوم، ورجل تاي في الساعة 6:45 مساءً. انتهى تناول الطعام في الساعة 8 مساءً. عاد إلى غرفة الفندق. في الساعة 2 صباحًا استيقظت بالغثيان وركضت إلى الحمام مع الإسهال والقيء. حمى وقشعريرة. استمر هذا لمدة 24 ساعة.  | الأعراض: قيء, إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قشعريرة
