تناولت الغداء أمس 4/20/2016 حوالي الساعة 12:45 مساءً تناولت وعاء دجاج. كان السلطانية الأرز الأبيض، الفاهيتا، السالسا الساخنة، الخس، الجواكامولي، والخس. هل غدائي في الموقع وعاد إلى العمل. لم تلاحظ الكثير بصرف النظر عن بعض الإسهال في وقت لاحق من اليوم. أحسب أنه كان بسبب السالسا ولم… شاهد المزيد
