Bowl with chicken, steak, cheese, guacamole, salasa, lettuce, fajitas, black beans, brown rice. On 4/20/16 @ 7:30 pm and symptoms began sometime in the middle of the night that night. Symptoms still persist as of 4/21 @ 10:00pm  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧

昨天 4 月 20 日吃了午餐，大约下午 12 点 45 分吃了一个鸡肉碗。碗里有白米饭、fajitas、热莎莎、生菜、鳄梨调味酱和生菜。我在该地点吃午饭然后回去工作了吗。当天晚些时候除了腹泻之外没注意到太多。我想这是因为萨尔萨舞而没想太多。那天晚上晚些时候，我和家人共进晚餐，感觉很好。早上大约凌晨 1 点被醒来时胃痛非常疼痛。去洗手间，有严重的疼痛和腹泻。试着回去睡觉但是整夜都被扔了然后转身。大约凌晨 2 点 15 分又起身然后被扔了。这种情况发生在整个晚上，睡了一两个小时。今天无法上班，在我今天写这篇文章的时候还在睡觉。我感觉好多了，希望明天能好起来。发烧仍然非常疼痛，整天都有腹泻。

I ate mixed vegetables, brown rice, Shanghai steak and vegies and some orange chicken 4/18/16 in the afternoon....that night I was incapacitated and I didn't feel well enough to leave my house until today for an appointment... I had some promethazine at home which has been helping… 更多

brown rice was uncooked and lettuce looks stale and browning. I was silly not to be suspecting of the quality. Vomitted, then 6 hours later, started having sharp acute stomach acne followed by diahrrea. Nausea throughout the day. Second day still not feeling 100%  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Due to a hectic day all I was able to consume was a barbacoa burrito with black beans, brown rice, cheese, sour cream, and medium salsa from chipotle grill.
