Chicken and barbacoa bowl with rice beans fajitas, red salsa, corn, cheese and sour cream. On 6/3/18 ate at 4pm, by midnight had severe diarrhea and vomiting. June 1st I ordered 2 burrito bowls for my daughter and I.
We both had the chicken, corn salsa, lettuce, black beans, sour cream and cheese as toppings. We both started feeling ill around 8 hours later.
