diarrhea, vomiting, stomach cramps, sweats, chills, headache; cramps in my legs, hands and arms from dehydration. It was 0300 when the worst of it passed. The day afterward i drank Pedialyte and water and the muscle cramps and headache finally subsided. I am still pooing water but at least its green not bloody. Today is day 2 and Im still drinking the Pedialyte and have just tried a but Ensure and some Jello its 5pm. Muscles are sore from cramping. Missed 2 days of work, combined with 2 days off will be 4 days total to recover from this, if I need more time off I will have to get a Dr's note. I've gotten food poisoning 3 times in my life, this was the absolute worst.

Just found this website but in November 2023 I got horrible food poisoning from a breakfast burrito at Lifetime. I threw up lots of times and got diarrhea about 3 days later. I also was very dehydrated due to all of the throwing up and diarrhea.

The products, which contain soy, sulphites, peanuts, or tree nuts, were sold without proper allergen labeling. The issue was discovered during

routine inspections by MAPAQ. The products were sold at Nordest Butchery, its boutique at the Jean-Talon market located at 7070 Henri Julien Avenue, Montreal, QC, Canada, and potentially through the Lufa Farms website. No allergic reactions have been reported to date.
The recalled products include "Honey and Garlic Chicken Wings" (containing soy), "Korean Style Marinade Beef Strips" and "Korean Style Marinade Chicken Strips" (containing sulphites), and "Meatloaf" (potentially containing soy, peanuts, and tree nuts). These items were sold in unitary format, and all batches lacking allergen information are subject to recall. The products were vacuum-packed in transparent plastic pouches and sold frozen.
Do not consume recalled products that you are allergic or sensitive to, as they may cause a serious or life-threatening reaction; and do not serve, use, sell or distribute recalled products. We recommend returning it to the store where it was purchased.

I started experiencing intestinal cramps. Then, when we got back to the hotel, the nausea started. That's when my spouse told me she had been feeling ill as well. She was the first to vomit and I followed there after. We struggled to finish packing for the morning flight. We only had fluids in the form of water and apple juice for the entire journey. She only experienced nausea, intestinal cramps and vomiting. I on the other hand had all the symptoms including chills, nausea, intestinal cramps, vomiting, fever and diarrhea. My condition gradually improved, and three days later I'm back to normal.
