I got the worst food poisoning from Nugget's macaroni salad. It was the only thing I ate all day that could've given me something like this. I ate a bit of it for dinner at 6pm, and all hell broke loose by 11pm that night. Watery bloody diarrhea, vomiting, stomach cramps, sweats, chills, headache; cramps in my legs, hands and arms from dehydration. It was 0300 when the worst of it passed. The day afterward i drank Pedialyte and water and the muscle cramps and headache finally subsided. I am still pooing water but at least its green not bloody. Today is day 2 and Im still drinking the Pedialyte and have just tried a but Ensure and some Jello its 5pm. Muscles are sore from cramping. Missed 2 days of work, combined with 2 days off will be 4 days total to recover from this, if I need more time off I will have to get a Dr's note. I've gotten food poisoning 3 times in my life, this was the absolute worst. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloody Stool, Dehydration, Headache, Chills, Sweating, Soreness
