Sliders Cause Severe Cramps

I had some plain cheeseburger sliders on 7/23/21 around 9:00 PM. I woke up in the middle of the night (around 4:00 AM) with severe stomach cramps, nausea, sweating, and diarrhea. Lasted all day Saturday. Sunday is a little bit better so far but still not 100%.

Quick Vomiting After Meal

I threw up 20 minutes ago, I gotten at 11 and I had a short tummy ache, got nauseous then threw up. It happened Literally 20 minutes ago
