I think it was a can of chef boyardee cheese burger mac. I don't usually eat that stuff but it was on sale and we had my step son this weekend so I bought a couple cans. I ate some Friday night around 7 or 8 pm.... See More It started at 5 am sat morning. I've been having really bad cramps and diarrhea often and had chills all day. Didn't realize I had a fever too but it broke around 930 pm with severe sweating.. Sunday I'm not going as often and I'm not laying in bed the whole day but I'm still having severe cramps before I have to use the bathroom, and my stool is like oatmeal and it's a bit red like blood. I threw out all cans including the ones I got that weren't on sale. My husband ate a can of spaghettios and he was just fine all weekend. Not sure I stopped on my way to work and got a cappuccino, a bacon egg and cheese taco, and a grilled ham and cheese. Started drinking the coffee ASAP, ate the taco after I got to work in Tulsa, and ate the grilled cheese later for... See More lunch. I am supposed to be at work at 7am, so it was probably around 6:45am when I got it. I left work at 4:30pm. Before I left I had on 2 sweaters and a blanket and was still shivering. I had to get gas before heading home to Claremore. It was very hot outside, I had the ac off, and the windows up and I still had goosebumps. When I got home around 5:30pm I had a temp of 101.5. My head hurt really bad. My lower back hurt really bad. My face was on fire from the fever. My whole body ached and it felt like when I stretched a muscle it was going to cramp up. I took Tylenol and Advil and got in bed. I woke up a couple hours later wet with sweat. Oh I had diarrhea too. When I woke up I thought I was hot and sweaty cause my fever had broke. The other stuff had gotten better except for my stomach…it still hurt. Next morning…temp was 102.6 and all those other symptoms were back. I didn’t sleep well, kept waking up and had to go to the bathroom several times. Called the dr and they set me up for a drive thru Covid and strep test later that afternoon. That was Wednesday, it was pretty bad all day! Dr said Tylenol, tums, and pepto but idk if anything helped…except I think the Tylenol helped with the fever and body pain. The rapid test and the strep test came back negative. I did start to have some like acid stuff on Wednesday…burping and stuff. Thursday was mostly my stomach. Never threw up, felt like it a couple of times on Wednesday, but did not…the diarrhea is HORRIBLE though! Like my stomach would cramp and I’d immediately have to run to the toilet! I’ve been thru 3 rolls of toilet paper since this started, and I get the charmin mega rolls. The acid stuff has continued to get worse and is pretty bad right now, Friday morning. At this point, my stomach still hurts, still gurgling and cramping, still have the acid burps and stuff, still have diarrhea but not as bad as Wednesday. I think it had to be a stomach bug/virus or food poisoning. Nobody that I know has had it, as far as I know, and I’m pretty sure this was the only thing I had eaten that my husband didn’t eat too….so that’s how I narrowed it down to that. This is an ongoing outbreak, and a number of illness have been reported throughout the United States, and Canada.
Salmonella is an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Healthy persons infected with Salmonella often experience fever, diarrhea (which may be bloody), nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain. In rare circumstances, infection with Salmonella can result in the organism getting into the bloodstream and producing more severe illnesses such as arterial infections (i.e., infected aneurysms), endocarditis, and arthritis.
Product was in boxes with a “wood-like” cardboard cartons with the Label “Malichita / Z Farms. The Price Lookup Sticker on the individual fruit is labeled “Malichita”.

During production, it was discovered that some packages of the raspberry crème filled cookies contained hazelnut crème filled cookies. Hazelnut is a tree nut and listed as one...
