04/10/26 around 4:30/5pm Had a large thin crust pizza with green peppers, mushrooms, and banana pepperoni. Husband and I both became ill within 3 hours, symptoms nausea, liquid mucous stool, severe cramping, symptoms ongoing next day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
