Friday night (8/18/23) ordered 20 wings, tater tots and chips/queso via UberEats. Woke up at 4a violently ill vomiting off and on until 9a. Severe stomach pain all day. Also severe diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
