I ate a Nashville hot chicken sandwich and chips and salsa at twin peaks June 9th at around 7:30pm. This morning starting at 6:00am I have diarrhea, fever, chills and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills
