Ordered orange chicken and fried rice. 2-21-2022 at night, I had body aches, a nauseated headache that I still have going 2-23-2022. I woke up 2-20-22 intense stomach cramping. I stopped myself from throwing up. Couldn't eat my food. Very gassy, tried to have bowel movements. | Symptoms: Nausea, Headache, Body Ache, Gas, Vomiting, Cramps
