Burritos, Sprite: Severe Reaction

Del taco either the burritos or the sprite poppers I got sick a few hours later I ended up calling ambulance and they said it was just antacids I couldn't eat anything for 4 days straight i kept vomiting now I'm starting to get better  | Symptoms: Vomiting
