Got a whole cheese pizza at the 7-11 on Oakland Park Blvd and NE 6th Ave around 11pm on 1-30-17. Ate 4 slices then slept, woke up a few hours later with terrible diarrhea and nausea, lingering still several hours later...  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
