I brought a hotdog from 7eleven on lakemead and nellis and I been ill for 3 days now having bad bowel movements, vomiting,fever,any and everything this has been the worst ever for me I can't hold no food down .  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
