Repeat Illness from Eatery

I got sick from here once before and I was hoping it was something else, but now after last night's dinner, I am nauseous, throwing up, and I have had diarrhea (I know, tmi). Since this is the 2nd time, I know for sure it's this restaurant. I've never had issues at other locations.
