Additional information: Purchased precut medium size pineapple on Friday. Ate some today and within 15 minutes I was having excruciating stomach cramps and then diarrhea.

Suspected source: havana bold sub with pickles. i ate the sub and then a pickle seperate and as it went down tasted off. I digested verything but the pickles when the onset started
