feeling very nauseous and having bouts of diarrhea.
I ate at 1pm today, i had a southwest bagged salad which included salad dressing, cheese and tortilla strips. I started feeling sick around 3 pm same day and symptoms haven’t subsided. still same day current time is 6:35 p.m. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
