April 19th, Lucky charms cereal I ate a bowl of lucky charms cereal and went to sleep shortly after. I was awoken by severe nausea and ran to the bathroom and began to vomit and had explosive diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
