Ate dinner at one of our favorite restaurants last night. I had Carne asada plate and am fine. Fiancee had an enchilada plate with pork and green sauce woke up in middle of night horribly sick- stomach cramps, Diarrhea, vomiting.

Flan Suspected in Illness

Had lunch at this place with friend yesterday. They ate exact same thing, except for dessert. I had flan and they did not. I was incredibly sick last night, vomiting, diarrhea, nasea a few hours after returning home. Bad chills. Was soo cold even with five blankets…
