On April 20th, 2019. I ate chicken, rice and green beans bought at Alpaca Peruvian Restaurant. Two hours later I experienced chills, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and excruciating stomach ache.

Chicken Meal Causes Illness

We ate on October 13 around 6 PM EDT. Got 11 chicken with fries and cole slaw both also shared with our baby. All got same symptoms
