Taco Lunch Causes Illness

I ate lunch there at around 1pm and I ordered the crispy beef taco plate. An hour later I was getting severe cramping in my stomach and I felt like I was gonna throw up . I also had to rush off the restroom so quickly I almost tripped .  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
