Quesadilla Causes Violent Vomiting

Ate the quesadilla, and within 3 hours had stomach pain. Afterwards, next 3 hours were incredible nausea that led to diarrhea and eventually violent vomiting that lasted a few minutes. Also fever that lasted through the nausea.
