I got food poisoning and ended up in the hospital. I ate the chicken shrimp and mash potato meal. I couldn't stop throwing up (40 plus times) and needed hospitalization  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
