I ate a regular roast beef sandwich and woke up early morning feeling awful pain in my stomach as the day increased i have vomited have a headache and feel extremely nauseous. I’m unable to get up without feeling even more sick. My stomach hurts so bad.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
