I ate one thing in Arizona, a regular roast beef sandwich with sauce from the dispensers. After eating it I have been sick for 3 days and not able to eat anything else and it ruined my trip to the grand canyon. I have never felt this bad ever from bad food.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache
