Sunday Feb 13 2022. Roast beef sandwich Ate at 7 pm . Started nausea around midnight. Followed by extreme diarrhea nausevomiting and fever of 103. Husband had diarrhea and headache. I now have excessive gas in abdomen and still have headache  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Gas
