Market fresh turkey and Swiss sandwich I’m the only one who had food from here. About 12 hours after eating the sandwich the symptoms began. I called my doctor who told me to keep hydrated and have been slowly recovering now about 48 hours later  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
