Ordered a roast beef sandwich only. Cheese sauce or any other sauce. Approximately 6 hrs after eating I had stabbing pain in my stomach, no diarrhea, did vomit a few times. The stomach pain is awful and still am experiencing it 21 hrs later.

Ordered bacon, egg, and cheese McGriddle this Saturday morning with a hashbrown and coffee. Nearly two hours later I began to feel nauseous and needed to find a restroom quickly. By the time I got home there was continued diarrhea and vomiting.

I started experiencing intestinal cramps. Then, when we got back to the hotel, the nausea started. That's when my spouse told me she had been feeling ill as well. She was the first to vomit and I followed there after. We struggled to finish packing for the morning flight. We only had fluids in the form of water and apple juice for the entire journey. She only experienced nausea, intestinal cramps and vomiting. I on the other hand had all the symptoms including chills, nausea, intestinal cramps, vomiting, fever and diarrhea. My condition gradually improved, and three days later I'm back to normal.
