Milkshake Causes Severe Diarrhea

About an hour after I ate, I got intestinal discomfort and urgently needed to make a bowel movement. My son and husband didn't have milkshakes, just me. We all had roast beef sandwiches. I've pooped more in the past 4 hours than I thought was humanly possible. Horrible runny diarrhea.
