BLT Leads to Severe Symptoms

Ate a Triple Thick Brown Sugar Bacon BLT around 9pm. Woke up 4am with chills, headache. Vomitting and diarrhea began and lasted until 3pm. AWFUL. Never eating there or any other Arby's again.
